• All information provided must be accurate and complete. Any false information may result in cancellation of admission.
• Admission & Course Fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, except as required by law.
• Admission is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Champion Computer Classes (CCC).
• Students must abide by the rules and regulations of the CCC.
• CCC reserves the right to modify course content, schedule, or faculty without prior notice.
• A certificate will be issued only after successful completion of the course and full payment of fees.
• Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for certification.
• Any damage to CCC institute property will be charged to the student responsible.
• CCC is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises.
• Students must maintain discipline; CCC may terminate admission for misconduct.
• Fees once paid will not be adjusted against any other course or transferred to another student.
• In the final month of the course, the examination fee must be paid according to the selected course.
• Installment payments must be made by the 5th of each month. Late payments may attract a penalty.
• CCC may use student photographs/videos for promotional purposes unless specifically objected to in writing.
• Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Haflong.
